東非國家領袖　開會討論南蘇丹動亂

東非國家領袖聚集在肯亞首都「奈洛比」，開會討論「南蘇丹」動亂。

參加會議的有肯亞、烏干達、衣索比亞、索馬利亞和吉布地國家元首，以及「南蘇丹」外長和「蘇丹」副總統。與會的東非國家元首，一致要求「南蘇丹」交戰各方立即停火，也要求「南蘇丹」政府保障人民安全。

「南蘇丹」兩年前脫離「蘇丹」獨立，但最近一段時間，軍方兩個種族派系爆發衝突，恐怕會蔓延成內戰。
