美國肉雞進口雙反案 中國將進行再調查

在世界貿易組織裁定，中國大陸對於從美國進口的白羽肉雞徵收反傾銷稅和反補貼稅的做法，違反了世貿組織的有關規定之後，中國商務部今天(25日)表示，大陸將對徵收這項雙反稅的決策，進行再檢查。

自從2010年8月中國對美國進口的白羽肉雞徵收反傾銷稅和反補貼稅以來，過去3年多來，美國出口到大陸的雞肉已經大幅減少了90%，估計造成美國業者10億美元的損失。

世貿組織解決爭端小組在今年8月2日提出有利美國的報告，世貿組織則在9月25日採納了這份報告。而大陸方面則沒有提出上訴。

商務部指出，他們將重新審查反傾銷原始調查和反補貼原始調查中，已經獲得的證據和訊息，並且將透過發放問卷、聽證會等方式進行再調查。
