雙北房市點閱熱度 文山板橋奪冠

根據房仲業者統計，今年1至11月的「雙北市」行政區網路點閱熱度，台北市以文山區點閱熱度最高，新北市則由板橋區奪冠。

永慶房仲網統計今年1至11月網路點閱熱度，台北市網路關注度最高前五名，依序為文山區、中山區、內湖區、北投區、大安區。搶下第一名的文山區9月實價揭露的每坪平均房價44.2萬元，相較1月漲5%。新北市最高前五名依序為板橋區、中和區、新店區、新莊區、三重區；新北市點閱熱度最高的板橋區9月實價揭露每坪平均房價39.9萬元，相較1月平均房價36.7萬，房價增幅8.7%。業者分析，台北市各行政區的交通、生活機能都已成熟，網路點閱人氣較高者，多為房價相對平價行政區；新北市的網路點閱熱區，則以交通、生活機能相對便利，且有相關房市利多題材區域。
