先建立資料:
選A,B,C欄 / 按滑鼠右鍵 / 儲存格格式 / 選"文字"
接著再把以上資料分別輸入到A1:C4

D1儲存格輸入"生日月份"
建立月份函數:
D2輸入=MID(C2,5,2)
用D2右下角的填滿控點,往下拉到D4,這樣D3、D4的函數也建立好了
D2:D4就是計算出來的月份
註:填滿控點－就是滑鼠移到儲存格右下角時,鼠標從白十字變成黑十字的點

排序資料:
選A1:D4 / 資料 / 排序 / 主要鍵選"生日月份"、"遞增" / 確定

這樣就排好了
