區域計畫公聽 東區來10餘人

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣15日電）內政部區域計畫、東區公聽會今天在台東舉行，僅有環保團體10餘人參加，雙方各抒己見，沒有交集。

內政部全國區域計畫第3場東區公聽會，台灣水資源保育聯盟、地球公民基金會、荒野保護協會和台東民眾等17名成員參加。

內政部承辦人員說明全國區域計畫的計畫重點，以及環保團體疑慮的解釋。

有關環保團體堅持納入政策環評部分，內政部表示，政策環評相關法令規定仍有適用問題，因此內政部將和行政院環保署再行研議，確認政策環評辦理方式，作為後續規劃，提供區域計畫委員會審議及納入納入內政部參考。1021015
