IC封測 淡季不淡機會高

IC封測廠第3季營收紛報喜，日月光（2311）在蘋果加持下，營收改寫歷史新高，法人近一個月加碼逾30萬張，而矽格則有聯發科訂單湧入，第3季營收達13.9億元，亦創下單季新高。法人看好，第4季晶片測試業務將維持穩健。

日月光前九月合併營收1,556.98億元，年增12.85%；集團第3季合併營收567.48億元，年增15.8%，優於法說預期。其股價自8月底至今，漲幅近20%，外資法人表示，蘋果供應鍊9月的拉貨潮為日月光營運的主要動能，第4季除iPhone 5S及5C熱銷外，大陸中低階智慧型手機需求暢旺，亦可望為日月光帶來淡季不淡的喜訊。
