餐廳名稱：富吉牛肉麵飯火鍋館 消費時間：2013年11月 地址：台南市南區新興路366-1號 電話：06-2638855 每人平均價位：100 推薦菜色：頂級牛肉湯 以下無圖片純文字版 看網路上介紹 該老闆對於自己從雲林進口高級牛肉非常自豪就去試看看 第一次點了頂級牛肉湯、紅燒牛肉麵、紅燒滷三寶(牛筋、牛肚、牛腱) 頂級牛肉湯 100元 4.5顆星 肉很軟嫩 但真的很少片 而湯真的讓我很驚艷 非常鮮甜(非人工) 有淡淡米酒香 超好喝 讓我眼睛為之一亮 紅燒牛肉麵 80元 3顆星 先吃了頂級牛肉湯 再吃這碗麵 麵完全被比下去 麵條本身還不錯吃 湯也是用蔬菜大骨熬煮 但因為肉質本身不同 沒辦法呈現那股鮮甜及淡淡油花 紅燒滷三寶 100元 3顆星 老板為了呈現較大盤感覺 切的很薄 所以吃起來口感就覺得還好 肉質不錯 但太薄了 所以扣了一點分數 網路上有人介紹過老闆烏梅湯 詢問老板 請我們喝 真的是很天然的味道 淡淡烏梅香及中藥熬煮香氣 喝起來很順口 完全不會有刺激的感覺 下次去 可以詢問老板 過了一個禮拜又去吃了一次 牛肉湯外帶回家喝 雖然冷掉 而湯因此而油花浮出 湯還是蠻不錯的 這次要求肉要切厚一點 比較有口感 而且也很軟嫩 (老板對於自己牛肉很有自信 因為肉好 所以不怕久煮 此次故意外帶 肉質還是很嫩) 另外點了牛肉炒飯 100元 2顆星 菜單是寫80元 不知何故老板炒100元 飯不夠鬆散 菜少的可憐 肉偏硬 這道菜應該是他們的地雷吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.165.240 ※ tinirene:轉錄至看板 Tainan 11/14 23:55
