竊佔國土案　劉政池女兒：不知有地下室

苗栗縣長劉政鴻弟弟劉政池，被議員踢爆竊佔國有地，士林地檢署14日指揮警調單位搜索，並約談劉政池家人等相關人士１７人，下午3點劉政池的2位女兒各以100萬、200萬元交保，且二女兒劉冠余是加拿大籍環保歌手馬修連恩的妻子，她接受記者採訪時表示，對於地下室的事完全不知情，也從沒去過地下室。

劉冠余提出兩點說明，她表示，對於地下室完全不知情，也不知為何無端被扯上竊佔國土的罪名，但她願意配合檢調的調查，同時她也表示願意合法租用，並對綠地進行美化。

劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅「七七行館」，涉嫌佔用國有地1800坪做綠化設施，還疑似建造地下秘密通道，被台北市議員何志偉踢爆，檢方今天前往搜查，並當場在陽明山別墅開挖，確實發現佔地下面積約600平方公尺，180多坪，用12個貨櫃箱組合起來。

因為房屋登記在劉冠余公司名下，但她對涉嫌竊佔國有地等狀況都不知情，並表示會配合檢調搜查，合法租用、美化。
