專家：協助救災 捐錢最好

菲律賓遭到超級強颱海燕重創，災情慘重，全世界都在關注，並且也在尋求各種提供援助的方法。專家指出，在類似海燕這樣的強颱重創之後，最好的援助方式，並非捐出清倉大拍賣的衣服、舊玩具和各種補給品，這些物資只會越堆越高，難以分送，同時也可能破壞受災國已經不振的經濟。

專家們呼籲想要為災區作點好事的人，捐錢給可以證明資金流向的慈善團體。

紅十字會1位官員表示，在災難發生後，紅十字會都會採購當地或受災國的貨品，以協助受災國重振經濟，減少運送成本，並且保證這些具有文化適合性的物品能夠被災民使用。

目前已經有多個救援團體在網路上呼籲，對災區提供財務援助和捐獻，經常可以被指定用在這次特定的災難上。
