混油早知道？楊志良：如知 一定追究到底

媒體報導，西班牙四年前，早就示警台灣大廠混油摻假，當時的衛生署長葉金川、楊志良遭批沒有積極查驗，對此，楊志良今天表示，他在2009年八月就任署長一職，任內沒有看到任何相關調查報告，當時如果有收到，一定會展開調查，而且不是每件事都一定要送到署長手上，公文到誰手上就是誰決行。

『我完全沒有這個印象，沒有看過這個公文，完全沒有，是不是這個公文一定要送到署長來，這也不一定，如果他沒有做適當的處理，完全沒有處理是不對的，我想很容易去查那個時候的公文到誰手裡、到誰結束。』

楊志良也自嘲，依他的個性，一旦知道一定會追查到底，甚至還會沒事找事做，針對西班牙來文，他確實沒有印象、毫無所悉。
