美航艦抵菲助救災 英亦派航艦赴當地

菲律賓遭受超級颱風海燕重創，美國核動力航空母艦「喬治華盛頓號」抵達菲律賓，參與救災行動。

英國首相卡麥隆宣布，將派遣海軍最大型的「光榮號航空母艦」前往當地。

目前很多國家紛紛向菲律賓提供資金或救援物資。

前往當地視察災情的聯合國人道救援機構說，當地情況極為危急，許多災民已經斷水斷糧五天；菲律賓政府被批評救援進度緩慢。
