標題[請益] offer請益(力晶、聯電)

各位先進好，此為小弟我人生第一份工作， 小弟我為新北市人，上週在竹科面試後， 最近剛拿到聯電及力晶這兩家offer， 但不知如何抉擇，所以想請各位前輩給我點建議， 兩家地點都在竹科，(都要在外租房子) 職務都是帶線工程師，(都要輪班) 薪資也都一樣，(工時都一樣) 福利兩家都不差， 所以小弟我很猶豫不知要選哪一間?? 不知還有哪些地方小弟我沒考量到的，還請前輩們不吝嗇給我指教， 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.228.194.166
